Hi @mariovisie,
Is your logo displaying correctly in the plugin settings (WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General > Shop logo)?
And what type of image are you using?

Hi @mariovisie,
This is probably caused by your server not having installed IMagick. You can check if this is the case via WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status. You would have to ask your host to enable this for you if this is the case.

by default it is installed on all our servers

Can you try if JPG solves the issue? It’s possible there’s an index issue or anything else file specific. Don’t forget to turn on “Test Mode” when testing so that you always see the latest version of the logo!
@ewout, that fixed the problem…. JPG shows well
