Logo resize and lock position

Hello guys,

can you please help me with my problem? I’ve logo in left part and menu next to it. I need to resize my logo (I unchecked the box with max resolution 250*100) and also I need that it still will be on the left and menu will be next to it.
I’ve tried some codes here, it worked for resize, but when I used them, logo moved to center part and menu was under logo.
