Logo redirect

I have a multisite setup. Each blog within the site has the same logo. Currently when the logo is clicked, it just redirects to that specific blogs homepage. I would like them all to redirect to the main page. I am not too familiar with php. What can I replace with “www.domain.com” to achieve this?
