Logo problem svg

Hello, I am having a problem with my logo.
I uploaded an svg file for my logo and wanted to change it to a different svg file, so I was able to change in the customize part of wordpress. But the problem is that no matter if I clear all of my cache and history, it keeps showing the old logo.

I am only able to see the new logo when logged in, but when logged out, it shows the old logo. Any help?
