  • Hi there!

I’m unable to replicate this issue on my test site. Can you please share the logo file you’re trying to use? Are you able to see the logo when you click the “Preview” and “Download PDF” buttons from Jetpack CRM?

    Thank you!

    Good day,

I have reported the logged failing to print on quotes. I have not yet tried invoicing, but this appears to be very similar to my error.
    My log link appears below:

    Hi @donovan178,

Sorry for the late reply here. That logo should work fine, could you please check your ‘System Status’ (Jetpack CRM settings -> System Assistant -> System status tab), to see if there are any warnings there.

Secondarily, could I ask if you have any special security plugins installed, and what hosting provider/level you are using?

@lslotow – I see your ticket has been resolved, could you share what was blocking this for you, it might help @donovan178.

    Cheers

    Hi @donovan178,

It has been more than one week since we have heard from you, so I’m marking this topic as resolved.

But if you have any further questions or need some more help, you’re welcome to reply here or open another thread.

I have been struggling with the invoice and quote templates for a number of days with my logo missing from both quote and invoice. And with a screwed invoice template that did not work anymore after I moved the invoice details to below the header.

So I started saving the HTML that is generated to learn what is happening. Well.. the ###LOGOURL### placeholder is actually pointing to only a relative path (this is the path in the HTML that is generated by the placeholder) “/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/logo.png”

That is an issue with the PDF engine. After a few days I stripped it out and replaced it with another engine. I left the placeholder. Your engine may be fine but there is no documentation and it is known for being non-forgiving. After I changed it for MPDF all my issues are gone and I have changed the entire templates to my needs.
