    If you removed the original file, the reference to it in the old invoices will have been broken. You can enable the option “Always use most current settings” under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice, but note that this will automatically update not only the logo but also the other things like shop name & address on the invoice when downloaded again. In many cases this is undesirable, which is why we have this setting.
