Are you asking about the avatar in the header of the feed? If so, I’m wondering if you are connected as a personal account. There are currently some slight differences between the data we get to use in the plugin for a personal account vs a business account. This includes the avatar. We have the full list here:

To workaround the missing avatar for personal accounts, we do have a setting on the “Customize” tab, “Header” section that allows you to enter whatever URL you would like for the header avatar.

My instagram avatar is also not showing up after you click on one of the feed’s pictures and the modal pops up. It shows as a broken image, also in the backend of the site on the plugin’s page it shows as a broken image. How can we fix this?
