Also having a lot of issues with logos appearing correctly. We didn’t have logos for all the companies when the entries were first created. For some, we just left the field blank and for others we uploaded a 1 pixel gif just to get something in there. The problem is that the few logos we did uploaded end up being repeated for the wrong businesses and even some of the ones we uploaded have now disappeared. When looking at the path(s) for the logos we see “_logo.jpg” or “_logo.png”, but none of the file names are correct.
This is causing some major issues that we need to resolve fairly quickly as our site is now live…

As a quick follow-up – when looking at the “lddbd-logos” folder on the server, the problem (if not the solution) is obvious –
For some reason the plugin is not writing the filename correctly, which is why the front end is broken. There are three files in the folder: _logo.gif, _logo.jpg and _logo.png – Any thoughts on what is causing the original file name to not be carried over??
    Thanks!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are looking into seeing what is causing this problem.

After reviewing the issue for a little bit I need to ask the following question:

When you create your listings are you creating a username and password for them when you add them to your directory (the option is on the Add/Edit Listing forms). The username is used in the naming of the image filename. When it is absent you’ll only receive _logo.jpg or _logo.png but if it’s included you’ll get username_logo.png/jpg

For the time being this is how to have different images for each listing. If you don’t want to put in a password for each member listing then a username is sufficient for this purpose. In addition to that it allows members to login and edit their listing if they need to (assuming of course that you have this feature allowed).

We hope this information was helpful.

Very helpful – thanks for the quick response!
We’ll go back through and add usernames for each of the businesses (all 140 of them!)
