    OK, first off, you’re not using the TwentyThirteen theme, you’re using the Responsive theme, so please post your questions in the Responsive theme support page next time.

    Second, you have a syntax error in your child theme. In your code, probably in header.php but I’m not certain, there’s a DIV with an ID of header-container. However, the closing DIV is incorrect. It looks like this:


    and it should look like this:


    Third, you shouldn’t be putting your Google Analytics script inside of your child theme’s style sheet. Go to Appearance > Theme options > Scripts and paste it in the footer.php field at the bottom instead.

    Try adding this to the end of your child theme’s style.css file to move the menu inline with the logo and make the menu & logo fixed:

       float: right;
