Logo in Chat Box Doesn’t Display

I’ve searched the forums to no avail, and this is my first time posting. I’ve added a 250px X 40px logo to the chat box via the WP->LiveChat->Settings->Chat Box->Chat Box Settings->Logo, but it isn’t visible in the chat box on the web page. There are multiple instances of a “Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/id.” error that I need to address, but I wouldn’t think that those errors would be the source of the issue since everything else seems to be working properly. TIA for anyone who can offer assistance.
