 * Hello!
    1. I can’t edit logo from site admin panel .
    2. I would like set header image varable height. For example 300px.

 * 2. It may solve your problem. Please follow the steps.
   Go to dashboard >> Appearance
   >> Themes >> Activate theme >> Go to customizer >> Additional CSS >> Paste the
   below CSS and publish..home-page-header{height:300px !important;background-size:
   cover;}
