  • Hello there!

    I’m seeing the logo all the times though, care to record a screenshot or screencast? Also, Have you tried viewing it on other operating systems/browsers/mobile devices to see if it’s only happening in some environments?

    It does not happen on mobile, but I can replicate the issue on chrome, safari, brave browsers after deleting the cache from all of them, not sure why
    I am uploading a short footage for recorded screen for you to watch

    Here’s a link to a screen recorded footage:

    I still can’t reproduce it.

    My guts say that it’s a cache issue but hard to tell what went wrong.

    Could you provide a screenshot of the browser console? You can open a browser console by right-clicking the place where the logo is supposed to be and select “inspect element”. For instance, this is what I’m seeing: https://ibb.co/d0SsN1D

    Hi there!

    Could you also provide a screenshot of the “Console” tab? You can find it here.

    Thanks!

    I suggest you to delete all the logos once and upload it again in your theme in all the sections. It’s like refreshing and telling your theme again, to which logo to load.

    @laddi Did that, the issue still persists

    Could you dump the whole HTML to us? You can do so by right-clicking on anywhere on the page and select “View Page Source”: https://ibb.co/6DMqSKC

    It will then open a new tab/window with your website’s HTML source code in it. Select all via Cmd+A and copy it into some place like https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/ and share the link with us.

    I still think that it’s a cache issue, since neither of us but you are experiencing the issue.

    @kevin940726 I resolved it accidentally when I tried loading the jquery library from google instead of my server using a php code in my functions.php file; not sure what the relation is, but that fixed it

    @tico87 I’m glad it’s resolved then! 🙂

    I had this issue before, it was with an older WP that I didn’t really love on a site for love and relationship or something, it resolved only after I contacted a developer and he fixed, I can’t remember really what he did, but I think it was a theme issue.
