Logo blinking on page reload

I have a very strange problem happening on my site.

The logo in the top left reloads sometimes on reload or clicking to a new page.

This cause the bar the logo is in to resize briefly until the logo reappears.

It doesn’t haven’t every time and seems to happen more when links or new pages are clicked rapidly.

This occurs only in safari. All other browsers are fine and the logo remains constant.

I thought this could have something to do with caching form w3 total cache but even after uninstalling completely the problem persisted.

Any thoughts on why this is occurring would be greatly appreciated.
