Okay, my name is Josh and I'm helping my colleagues out since they think I'm more tech-savvy and am soon beginning to think otherwise. I have never worked with WordPress so I definitely have some catching up to do. I know it's relatively simple to post new content, update it, widgets go here and there, but right as I click into what has been done [http://www.axisfinancialinc.com/] I see the spelling error in the logo and the same error in the footer on the bottom-left side. I spent at least 3 hours scouring through the settings and editor or what tools were available and I have yet to find a solution for something as simple as a spelling mistake..

Problem: spelling error in logo and footer (bottom-left)
    Site: http://www.axisfinancialinc.com/

is there a program I should have on my computer or something??

Note: I do have access to administrator's user, this is just my personal one I created 7 minutes ago.

It's probably hidden somewhere in the theme settings. Maybe it's using the site title and tagline that can be set in Settings → General(check the tagline)

The same goes for footer. It has to be a setting in the theme settings. But, since it's a premium theme and we support only WPORG themes, please, contact the theme authors.

thank you very much for the fast response. I have sent a message to the theme creator directly, hopefully I get this issue resolved!

I tried looking at where you pointed and unfortunately tinkering with that isn't the solution I'm looking for. Thanks though!
