Login/Register button not working

Hey,

It’s a test site so it doesn’t look like anything – but it should work there.

The widget is placed with a shortcode on header.php file.

When i try to register or login and hit the ‘login’ or ‘register’ button, nothing happens. doesn’t reload and doesn’t do anything.

I tried it on the sidebar – same result.

What could be the problem?
