That’s not standard WordPress functionality. It would redirect you to the login form at wp-login.php
without anything regarding login__trashed
.
Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
How do I login to a php file?
Also, my WordPress dashboard shows that the site has NOTHING even though I installed a WHOLE bunch of plugins and made 2 posts and updated themes and all that. How is that even possible?
Btw, it was like that even before this happened, so I don’t know what the deal is with that.
it gives me an “error fetching *thing* from techtaqwa”

Well, based on your site, you’re supposed to log in at http://www.techtaqwa.com/wp-login.php but like you said that just redirects to http://www.techtaqwa.com/login__trashed/ which is not standard WordPress functionality at all.
Which brings me back to: Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
“Login to your WordPress administration plugins page (/wp-admin/plugins.php) – this will disable any plugin that is “missing”.”
How do I do this? My wordpress dashboard doesn’t show anything.
Nevermind. One of my friends was still logged in to the site and was able to deactivate all the plugins
Apparently Users Ultra Lite was the cause of the problem

Ok, I recommend reporting the issue at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/users-ultra so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
Also, to clarify, at https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F the part you quoted was step 3. Had you of done steps 1 and 2, you would have then been able to do step 3. 😉
I was having the same problem. I went into my host site and edited files on their platform, started off renaming plugins with a -1 at the end of each until the site reopened. I then deleted the offending plugin. Seems to be ok now.
