login works on one computer but not other

I just created my blog and all the user accounts that I created work perfect on my laptop. Yet, when I goto my desktop to confirm all pages, it will not let me log in. It does not give me an error, only brings up the login page again.

I have searched the forum have not found anything like this. I have two plugins, the comment sorter and the dashboard editor. I have tried disabling, no difference.

both computers are running Win Xp, and both run IE7
