Login by selecting the right (user) avatar

Hello dear people of Earth,
here’s an interesting one for you!

I’m creating a website and there’s a specific request:

On the first page, the users need to be able to login by entering their password only, while on the next page they have to choose their avatar between, let’s say, 10 little images that randomly order each time someone tries to login. Only when they select the correct avatar, they’re logged in.

How is this possible to make? Or is it at all?
