My client’s website is using the Wishlist member plugin, so I’m not sure whether to post here or in the plugin area.
I just changed over my client’s website to use the custom theme I created. However, the Wishlist login widget on the sidebar does NOT work with my theme. It worked just fine with their previous theme, but now that we officially switched to the new WordPress theme it will not work. Do you know why this would happen? Here is the link: http://www.counselingsolutionresources.com/ . The weird thing is that as long as I am logged in as admin using his wordpress admin login, the widget welcomes me by name, but as soon as I log out and try to login using the sidebar widget, it does not work.
I am puzzled as to why this is not working and would love any insight!
but how is it not working?
error? page just refreshes? what?
also, they have their own support
Sorry about that. The page refreshes and the user has not been logged in. It still shows the login form, instead of welcoming the user by name after login and allowing them access to the member areas of the site.
I submitted a support request to them, but they are a bit slow and the site is almost completely for members only, so I need to get this up as soon as possible since the members cannot access most all of the site currently.
Is there something I am missing in my functions.php file by any chance? This was my first time working with a dynamic sidebar in a WordPress theme I created, so I am not sure if I am missing something or not.
