Hi, can you let me know if they are logging in via the membership login widget or via WP Users login widget?

Also, can you let me know what is the WP User corresponding account for each member that is having issues viewing the protected content.

You might also like to carry out the following test.

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you.

Hi, I have set the membership levels for each member …. can I add more levels to the same member? where is it?…..

Where do I set up the login widget?

Will the logged in member only be sent to pages that match membership levels?

    Helpppp !!!

    Hi,

can I add more levels to the same member? where is it?…..

Unfortunately no. This is not currently possible in our plugin.

Will the logged in member only be sent to pages that match membership levels?

The member will only have access to pages and posts that are related to their membership level.

    Thank you.
