login twitter not work

Hi,

Social log in works on my domain for Facebook and Google+.

However, it does not for Twitter.

I get a popup with the following message:

1. Enter exactly the following url in Website and Callback Url options in your Twitter app (see step 3 here)
2. Make sure cURL is enabled at your website server. You may need to contact the server administrator of your website to verify this
3. Make sure that “Enable Callback Locking” option is disabled. See step 4 here.

I have followed steps 1 and 3 to the letter.

My host confirms that cURL is enabled.

I need help figuring this out.
