Login suddenly won't work!

    I have used this plugin for years to run my login page. Last week, I started getting an odd login error and the login fields do not show up now. You can see the problem by clicking “login” in the upper right of our home page:

    coruralhealth.org

    Has anyone else had this problem? Any help is appreciated.
