# Login Security not loading correctly

 * Usually the Login Security page opens with 3 tabs (My passkeys/My 2FA/Settings).
   But on one site it doesn’t show these tabs, but only lists those words and doesn’t
   respond to any clicks on links on the page. So the plugin doesn’t seem to load
   right, what can I do? I already tried to deactivate/delete the plugin (including
   deleting all tables), but after reinstall the page behaved the same.

   thanks for getting in touch.
 * This sounds like a styling issue, so there may be a plugin conflict breaking 
   JavaScript and/or CSS for the Login Security admin page. An error may display
   in your [browser console](https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/troubleshooting/#how-to-inspect-the-browser-developer-tools-console)
   for our pages if so.
 * You can troubleshoot this by disabling **all** plugins except for Wordfence to
   see if you’re able to view the page normally. If you can, reenabling everything
   again one-by-one afterwards can help identify the cause. You may be able to discover
   this faster if most of your working sites have the same plugins except for 1 
   or 2 on the affected site.

 * Thanks for the tip, I found the culprit: **WPML Multilingual CMS 5.0.2**. Another
   page I compared it to still had an older version of this plugin. After updating
   it there, Login Security stopped working there too. Deactivating this plugin 
   fixed the problem.

   to avoid being the _cause_ of PHP/CSS/JavaScript conflicts across a huge array
   of WordPress environments, running on all kinds of servers, with different unknown
   plugin/theme combinations. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent another plugin/theme’s
   code from conflicting with Wordfence and it does happen from time-to-time.
 * If you consider WPML Multilingual CMS 5.0.2 an essential plugin for your site,
   you could always let the developers know about the conflict to see if they’re
   able to resolve it from their side. We do invite plugin vendors to contact us
