Login redirects me back to Login page

    I am setting up wordpress for the first time. When I try to login for the first
    time using the login page, all it does is take me back to the same
    page, except it has the following query string:
    wordpress/wp-login.php?redirect_to=%2Fblog%2Fwordpress%2Fwp-admin%2Findex.php
    If I put in a wrong password, it tells me so, so I know it isn’t a password
    problem. Please help.
