Login Redirects Broken

Up until 4.0 everything worked flawlessly with Page Security. I used it in conjuction with Theme-My-Login. Now, once logged in, it redirects to the login in page, but if I click on any menu item, I go to that page and it shows that I’m logged in.

For some reason, it’s not honoring the redirect. Caching plugins have been turned off.
