# Login problems

 * when i try to log in it says that my password is incorrect, i cliked the ‘i forgot
   my password’ link and it said that an email was being sent. but i haven’t received
   the email still. I checked and I don’t have any filters on my email saying that
   all unknown email would be deleted, and i checked junk mail too. =/ any help?

 * Okay, so I went [ here](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/24981)
    and it said
   that i might have [ this bug](http://mosquito.wordpress.org/view.php?id=855) 
   so i fixed it with the directions they gave. Well when i clicked for receiving
   a new password it did indeed send me an email the first one was:
 * > To reset your password visit the following address, otherwise just ignore this
   > 
   > email and nothing will happen.
   > <! reset link was here !>
 * After i clicked the reset link i received another email which said:
 * > Password Lost/Change
   > [0ratoncito02@hotmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/login-problems-1-4/0ratoncito02@hotmail.com?output_format=md)
   > Password Lost and Changed for user: sarah
 * i mean in other words it didnt send me my new password =/
