   recover the password I used your support Ticket but i am waiting 10 days for 
   an answer …

   i do not receive a Password Reset link … please help, the problem exists since

 * 3)my mail is hostet by microsoft. (office365)
 * 4) no Mails from y in the spam folder …

   i did not get any Mail ( also no Spam)
 * 6) Maybe your Mails are blocked by the microsoft server??

    Well that’s 
   really weird, you are the first one that has such an issue. Everyone else are
   receiving emails from us and from support.
 * We replied to all your emails, please see [this](https://tppr.me/F6rRU) and [this](https://tppr.me/onfW4).
 * Most likely there is something wrong with your email provider.
    Please try to
   contact them and ask if they don’t have some filters enabled that could stop 
   receiving emails.
