My site is an online teaching site where user has to register and login to get access to the course contents and other facilities. But the same login id and password is not working with Awesome Support. I am using the free version. Can somebody help me with this? I have also downloaded and installed the free version of User Role Manager. The plugin does permit me to allow additional role to the user as Support User but it does not have any option to give different following capabilities. view_ticket create_ticket close_ticket reply_ticket attach_files Does the plugin automatically assign these capabilities to the user? Please help. We create the SUPPORT USER role that you can give to your users. After I manually added the role as support user, after login it does not give me the error that “you are not allowed to create support ticket”. But again even after login and clicking on create support ticket, it again opens the login/register form of Awesome Support. This form does not accept the login id and password that was created by the student user. Can you please help me. You need to add the 5 _capabilities _we gave you before directly to the STUDENT role. WordPress _capabilities _are different than roles.
