 * When I checked Login Form，then I change to the login page,
    it’s will show ERROR:
   Please solve Captcha correctly. before I key in anything.

 * Yes as I add this plugin to all of my client sites as it is one of my fav plugin,
   but I’ve faced this issue in some of my client site and even in my own site too(
   in incognito mode) now I’m thinking about deactivating this plugin. It seems 
   unstable sometimes, but I’m still unable to figure out why it perform weirdly
   sometimes.

 * no it shows up after validating the captcha. Don’t know why this is happening
   so its hard to tell how to reproduce it.

 * This plugin use `wp_remote_post()` function with all default values. I have to
   investigate if it somehow return any error (may be for timeout or any other reason),
   You can increase timeout and try.

 * Did you try changin allow_url_fopen=on param in your php.ini?
