    Hello @andrewpty80

    Thanks for reaching us

By default, you should see “warning message” if you add a wrong password. If it won’t appear, I think it because there’s a conflict between Youzify and your theme or one of other plugins on your website.

Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme) and disable non BuddyPress + Youzify plugin and see if this problem will solved or not.

If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin. 🙂

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    Hello,
I’m using ”hello” theme with Elementor Pro, I’ve disabled plugins as you said but with no positive result.
Could you give a further look, please? This would help me a lot because we have a few people subscribed and they log in repetitively with a wrong password until they are blocked by the system. This is because they don’t see any alert messages.

    Thank you a lot

    Hello @andrewpty80

    Please follow the next steps:

    – Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.
    – Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    – If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
    – Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).
    – On your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    Hello @andrewpty80

I believe this issue happens because of a conflict between Youzify and your theme or another plugin as we can not replicate this issue on our testing server.

I would like to help do a conflict test by myself directly from your back-end. But unfortunately, this forum rule does not allow us to ask for your credentials.

If you consider purchasing a PRO version, you can access our Premium Support Forum. And our agents will help you until it is 100% fixed. 🙂

    Sorry for the situation.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.
