    Hi.

    This is not something we have been able to recreate. Please understand we typically are unable to support users of themes that use Redux, as there are multiple ways in which the theme author could be implementing Redux. I recommend contacting the theme author for support, especially since it is a premium theme. They are obligated to research this to determine the cause. If the author is able to isolate it and make the determination is is a problem with the Redux code, they will need to contact us, as only they are able to make changes to their code.
