    For example you can put the field for add url address that admin want to show unregistered user and redirect to it

    If I understand your question, you could use a front-end login form which redirects to any url depending on user-role. I use Login with Ajax plugin.

    yes
    I use Ultimate member plugin
    and I create a login page for users
    If user isn’t loged in to website , and click on submit post’s page , S/He redirect to original login page on my theme , and Not login page in Ultimate member plugin

    You could choose to not display the “post” link until the user is already logged in, to avoid that redirect.

    that option is not available in plugin settings. But you could do it yourself. You might try a plugin called “dynamic widgets”, so you can select that the wpuf user menu widget is only available to logged in users.

    You can also display menu items depending on user role with css, or by using plugin like this
