 * Just used a plugin for changing login page URL (to remove wp from it)
    and guess
   i made a mistake . whenever i go to [http://www.example.com/-login.php](http://www.example.com/-login.php)
   it shows following (two lines) You are attempting to log out of General Notices
   Do you really want to log out? how do i get in my dashboard now ?

 * One way is to rename your plugins folder in ‘wp-content’ with ftp or cpanel, 
   this will disable all your plugins.

    i imported whole new site (its not that big so was not a problem)
   but for next time if something happens with plugins ill try your solution 🙂
