I am running WordPress 4.3, Tempera Theme 1.3.2, Buddypress 2.3.3, Membership2 4.0.0.5, and WP-Pro-Quiz 0.3.7.
I have tried with ProQuiz disabled with same results.

That’s because I disabled the Membership2 login by removing the Buddypress Add-On in Membership2 and modified my files to always direct to the Buddypress registration and login. Your Membership2 BuddyPress and BBPress Add-Ons are broken and do nothing but cause problems. However, the Membership2 Protection Rules and Memberships seem to work well.

We’re currently working on an update that should fix few bugs one of which should be related to registration, lets wait for the update to see if this will fix the issue.
