# Login loop

 * I’m trying to log in but nothing happens. The same page appears again and again.
   Nothing has changed since last succesfull attempt. It’s not the server’s problem,
   neither my browser’s because i have a second site built with the same way in 
   the same browser and it’s working fine. I tried with ftp to copy all root files,
   all wp-admin and wp-includes catalogs from a working backup but nothing!! I also
   reset the password in the database through phpadmin and i’m trying with an other
   username but still the same. I also deactivated all plugins. Please HELP!!! I
   want to see my admin environment.

    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder
   in wp-content/themes using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) or whatever
   file management application your host provides.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

 * I just discovered that the site_url and the home fields in wp_options table in
   my database were wrong. I changed them and that’s it. Thank you for your help
   anyway.
