login link redirects to entirely different page

when not logged in, clicking on the login button redirects to an entirely different page:

clicking on that link redirects to
https://cardinalglen.org/parcel-d-landscaping/?redirect_to=/parcel-d-landscaping/ never getting to the login:-\

workaround is to let yop-poll handle it, but wp-m should work correctly, no?
