   it works fine in other devices please help.

    Please 
   share us the redirected URL of the 404 page.
 * **Note:** On Safari and in some other browser does not show full URL in address
   bar initially, clicking on the address bar reveals the full URL, we need full
   URL of the redirected page for troubleshooting the issue.
