    Firstly, you’ll need to contact your hosting company to get your FTP password. They’ll be able ot provide you with that information, but no one else can.

    As for the error, it looks like there’s something wrongwith your BuddyPress plugin, so I’d suggest FTP’ing inot your site (when you get the login details), deleting the current /wp-content/plugins/buddypress/ folder and re-uploading a new fresh copy. That should fix any issues that are happening with BuddyPress itself.

    If that doesn’t fix it then you should disable all of your plugins and re-enable them one-by one to see which one is causing that problem.
