 * To register the user, the email option does not appear, only name,
    last name
   and password, and at the end of the registration gives an error message.

 * Try to deactivate your other plugins and activate one by one to see if there 
   might be another plugin that causes a conflict with Awesome Support. Also, change
   the WP theme, in case the add-on have problems with the theme.
 * I tried to login to your site but your plugin was deactivated.
