Login Error Message

Hello,

Upon failed login attempt with wrong username, the error message yields:
Invalid username.

Upon failed login attempt with wrong password, the error message yields:
The password you entered for the username <username> is incorrect.

Is this plugin supposed to override the message with something more generic?
Ex: Username and/or password is incorrect.
