    Hi,

I occasionally when attempting to sign in I receive an error message saying “An error has been occurred. Probably page was cached. Please try again.”. The only way to get around this is to login into the admin panel and clear the user cache. Obviously this is an issue for users as the admin would have to constantly do this for access to the site. Any idea what is causing this, and what can be done to prevent this from happening?

    Thanks in advance

Turn off caching for the login, registration and password reset pages.
Verify your caching plugin settings and disable cache for these pages.

    Thanks for your reply.

Can cache be disabled for those pages in the ultimate member plugin itself?

    Thanks

No, you may have a caching plugin installed or there is caching service by your web hosting.

    Hi @okcomputer4

Please ask your hosting provider if they have a cache module installed on your server. If there’s a cache module, please tell them to exclude UM pages( login, registration, and password reset ) from the cache.

Also, check your cache plugin if there’s a setting for excluding the pages from the cache.
