# Login Error

 * I couldn’t remember my password, as it has been awile (over a year) since I’ve
   logged into my account.
    I reset the password and after I hit the login button
   I get this message
 * “Internal Server Error
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator, [webadmin@kundenserver.de](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/login-error-28/webadmin@kundenserver.de?output_format=md)
   and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
   that may have caused the error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
 * Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument
   to handle the request.”
 * Any help would be great!!!

 * Try to ‘disable’ (rename for example) the ‘.htaccess’ file and try one more time.
 * Btw, i can’t access the kundenserver.de/wp-login.php file

 * You sure that files are existed and located inside / directory? As i said i can’t
   access any folder or file.
 * Contact your host provider and ask about this error #500, they _must_ fix it.

 * Maybe I could just delete it and start over…lol. Especially since its been so
   long. Nothing really i need on there.

 * I guess, Starting over I guess is the best thing to do, unless someone else knows
   what to do.
