Login doesn’t work

Hi,
On my recommendation, my client has opened an account with Timely and handed me the logins so as to set up this Plugin in WordPress. While the login allows me to login to https://app.gettimely.com/ it doesn’t work on this plugin. Therefore I cannot move forward at all. Why doesn’t the login work in the plugin?

I can see from a previous thread, that others have been sent down the same path, thinking that this plugin is a solution for Booking appointments and adding events, but I am beginning to think this is incorrect. Do I really need to set up two completely seperate and unconnected Timely accounts to do this? I can see in the previous thread that you have a https://dashboard.time.ly. What does this do and why for the love of all that holy do we need 2 unrelated accounts to achieve what this plugin claims to do.
Please tell me I have got this wrong and do not need 2 seperate accounts?
