Hello,
i think it’s ok, that the Admin can edit member-profiles and can use the function to “login as this user”. But unfortunately my “authors” are allowed to “login as this user”, too?
Is this a bug or a wrong configuration?

Hello @volker1966

Can you please share a screenshot of the “author” role settings? Are you having this issue with all the users with the “Author” role or do only specific users have this issue?

Heinz-Willi is a Member (Subscriber) and Author of some Posts.
But he schould not be allowed to edit the other members profile.

Hi Aswin,

it’s confusing – for Editors, everythig works well.
So i give the authors the rights as editors.
That’s fine for me at the moment.
I’ll inform you, when i solved the topic.
