Login and password reset not working

    I just purchased EventON, but I can’t download it because I can’t log in.

    The very first time I tried to log in, I received the message: “Too many attempts. Try again in 8 hours.” When I request a password reset, I receive an email without a reset link.

    Could you please clarify what is going on and help me resolve this issue?

    There was an issue with the website, we have resolved it now. Kindly try loggin in now.

    Hi,

    Now at least I can login after I reset the password, but the login scren is still not working. Now I get:

    • ERROR: Too many failed login attempts. Please try again in 10 hours.
    • You must be logged in to download files.
