# Login after changing host

 * I’ve searched the forums, but I don’t see this exact question. Please forgive
   me if I’m duplicating efforts.
 * I’ve recently changed hosts, and I need to get some files that were stored on
   our WordPress back-end. I’m trying to use ourdomain.com/wp-admin.php, but that
   ends in a 404 error on our new site.
 * I’ve also tried /wp-config.php just in case, but of course that’s not working
   either. I’ve tried [https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php](https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php)
   but our log-in there is not working, either.
 * I see a lot of directions about things to do in WordPress to resolve this situation,
   but I can’t do them because I can’t log in. If anyone could please help me out,
   I would really appreciate it. These are work files.

 * If your domain now points to the new host, to get files from the old host, you
   will have to login to your old host via whatever their control panel.
