# Login add-on/cookie bug

 * I’ve found a bug in the login add-on. When a new user submits the signup a cookie
   gets created. This cookie doesn’t allow the user to be redirected from the login
   page and doesn’t let you log out with your recent update.
 * The case:
    When the user click “Signup” the action or thank you message is set
   to the login page. The login page loads but at this moment the users cookie is
   already set up. If the user go to the private record page (without logging in)
   their data are shown and if they try to log out – nothing happens to the cookie.
   Why is the user logged in upon signup? And why is the cookie not detected by 
   the login page? And why cant I find the pdb-login-persistence cookie after submission?
   I had to clear all cookies to perform a “logout”. Could the “automatic signin
   on signup” be disabled?

 * It is important to always put the [pdb_signup_thanks] shortcode before any other
   Participants Database shortcodes because that completes the signup submission
   and clears the cookie. Do that and it will work the way you expect it to.
