 * Over the last few days my users have had a problem logging in.
 * wp-login.php seems to be redirecting to account, rather than the WordPress themed
   page that it used to go to (this seems to be intermittent).
 * I’m getting Invalid username or password. Please try again! (even though the 
   details are correct) which is causing the users to try resetting their password
   and the same thing happening.
 * I’ve tried disabling the plugins that have been recently updated.
 * I’ve tried LiteSpeed > Purge All.
 * I’ve tried clearing all data in Chrome.
 * I’ve tried uploading a brand new copy of wp-login.php.
 * For one user I tried resetting the password from admin and that seemed to work,
   I didn’t even clear his cache?? I can reproduce the issue but resetting the password
   from admin didn’t work for me.
 * Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

 * Ahhh! I think I’ve worked it out.
 * If you get the password wrong once it seems to cache that it needs to redirect
   to account rather than wp-login.php. A bug I assume? In LiteSpeed?
