# Logic for Query search

 * Hi, I am trying to understand the logic for the search and filter.
 * For example on [https://woocommerce-39391-1298319.cloudwaysapps.com/recipes-premium-syrup](https://woocommerce-39391-1298319.cloudwaysapps.com/recipes-premium-syrup)
 * If I add pork in keyword and choose category as cordial cocktails recipes, it
   will still show me the results for recipes with pork but they are not from cordial

 * It is using an OR functionality maybe.
 * Is there a way to change that? Keyword – pork with category selection as cordial
   cocktails recipes will not show any recipe in that case.

 * You probably using our dummy addon “search and filter” please note its not functional
   addon or plugin its just a dummy addon or example code provided for those who
   want to add functionality for advance search with post grid.
