 * I can not log on to wordpress.org at all.
 * It won’t recognise my username and then when i send email for password it does
   not come through at all.
 * This has also effected my website it doesnt work either at all.

 * By coincidence maybe?, 4 days ago I stopped all emails to my mailbox as I was
   trying to stop so many coming in, could I have damaged my account by doing this?
